The goal of Web Design is to expose students to the workings of the Internet, learn how to read and apply hypertext markup language (HTML), cascading style sheets (CSS), and work with images to provide an awesome online experience using current design trends.
Students will learn the fundamentals for a career in web development as they learn about:
- the phases of web development
- design principles
- how to create their own websites
